Orders
By placing an order, you agree that all details provided are accurate and complete.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled if it has already entered production.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Order Refusal & Cancellation
Little Luxe reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
This may include, but is not limited to:

Repeated changes or requests that fall outside of our scope

Any situation where we are unable to fulfil the order as requested
If an order is cancelled by Little Luxe, a refund will be issued at our discretion.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in product pricing unless stated otherwise.
Products & Disclaimer
As our products are handmade and include balloons, slight variations in colour, size, and arrangement may occur.
Balloons are delicate and can be affected by environmental conditions such as heat, sunlight, wind, and sharp objects. Proper care is required once items have been collected or delivered.
Little Luxe is not responsible for damage caused after collection or delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Little Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, including Australia Post.
Pickup & Local Delivery
Grab & Go Garlands are available for local pickup or delivery only and are not eligible for shipping.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure appropriate transport and handling upon collection.
